Icon Commissions
Status: Open
Icon commissions begin at $20 USD (Paypal only) for a colored headshot with limited shading.
Ability to request a "nostalgic" style (see gallery for comparison).
Available at an additional fee: 2+ characters, halfbody (below the shoulders) icons, character design from a written description, rush completion.

- I will work on a 4” square (1200px square) canvas at 300dpi in RGB color mode. If you need a higher resolution or color mode, please discuss it with me beforehand. The image can be downscaled.
- The finished artwork will be a PNG file. If you need another filetype, let me know.
- After payment, I will send a sketch. - After the commissioner approves the sketch, I will continue to lineart and flat color.
- Minimum waiting time for a commission is 2 weeks. Depending on the complexity of a commission, it may take longer. I will always communicate if I need more time to finish a piece.
- If you need a commission done by a specific date, please discuss it with me beforehand. Rush fees may apply.II. Revisions
- At the sketch stage, two major revisions are included in the fee. Beyond this stage, only minor revisions are included.
Beyond the sketch stage, limited minor revisions are included in the fee. Complex revisions may incur additional fees.
- It is at the discretion of the artist what constitutes a major or a minor revision.
- Mistakes on the part of the artist (such as a detail featured in a reference sheet) will be fixed free of charge.III. Payment
- Payment is taken exclusively via Paypal’s invoice feature in USD.
- For icons, I require payment upfront.
- A design fee will be charged for those without reference images who ask me to draw a character based on written description and/or collage.
- A rush fee may apply to those needing finished commissions quickly.
- Refunds will not be issued once a piece is approved by the commissioner. Chargebacks are not authorized.
- The artist retains the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.IV. Copyright and Reproduction
The artist reserves the right to:
- Sign the commissioned work.
- Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online pages/profiles, commission sheets, etc.
- Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned piece (for purposes such as social media profiles, advertisement, etc.)
- Claim the commissioned piece as their own work.The commissioner and other parties may not:
- Reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes (including selling merchandise, etc.) without an agreement or contract.
- Mint the artwork as non-fungible token (NFT) or associate the artwork with any blockchain technology.
- Claim the commissioned work as their own work.
Post the commissioned piece online WITHOUT proper credits to the artist.This commission is for personal use. This includes posting to social media with credit to the artist. The commissioner may also crop or otherwise modify the artwork.
